Garlic Dijon Shrimp & Salmon

Garlic Dijon Shrimp & Salmon

4-6 oz salmon filets skin off

½ lb large shrimps

4 tbs Olive oil

1 tsp Italian season herbs & salt n pepper for taste

 Garlic Dijan sauce

8 tbs butter, melted

2 tbs honey

2 tbs Dijon mustard

3 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp fresh chopped dill

 Preheat oven 400

Dizzle salmon w/olive oil. ½ Italian seasoning, repeat with shrimp.

Make sauce stir together all ingredients in bowl and set aside.

Put salmon in middle of foil, top with shrimp drizzle ½ sauce over shrimp and salmon. 

Fold foil over shrimp & salmon.  Pinch edges to seal

Grill over medium heat 10 minutes

Flip & cook 5 minutes or until shrimp opaque,

Drizzle ½ sauce

– Broil last 2 minutes
